While Mammoth Lakes may be relatively small, there is no shortage of friendly, outdoor-loving locals who delight in making your Mammoth Lakes wedding day easy and stress-free. I’ve had the pleasure of working with these folks and can recommend them wholeheartedly.

Green Fox Events The ladies at Green Fox Events are as good as it gets. They are organized, efficient and friendly. On a personal note, they were my first introduction to the Mammoth Lakes wedding community many years ago, and I’m so grateful for the warm welcome they gave me into their home town!

Red Lily Design- Patricia Patricia is quickly becoming the go-to floral designer in Mammoth and has always been a pleasure to work with.
Fairy Forest Florist- Tanya This is the only vendor on this list I have yet to meet, but I know there is always a need for florals in Mammoth, so I wanted to include her.

Alpenglow All their florals are grown locally, onsite, just down the road in Bishop.

The Powder Room by Katrina Katrina shares her time between Mammoth and SoCal, so her availability is limited. She is a makeup artist only (no hair). Katrina is a joy to work with.

Allyson Marie Co Allyson is a pro and incredibly efficient and experienced.

Alpenglow Bridal- Nikki Nikki will always be a hero in my mind, because she stepped in with less than 24 hours when one of my bride’s vendors canceled. She truly saved the day!

Mammoth Mountain If you’re using any of the Mammoth Mountain ran venues, then catering is an easy next step. I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying many Mammoth Mountain meals and have never been disappointed.
Daniel Molnar- AKA “Powder Dan” Dan is a local legend, and an amazing caterer. He is the perfect one man show and makes whipping an incredible meal look effortless.

The Brasserie- Private Dining Room The first time I had a meal at the Brasserie it raised the bar for every wedding meal I ate thereafter. So good!
June Lake Catering, Laura If you’re nearby in June Lakes, Laura is your gal. She was the caterer for campground reception, which I’m sure is right up your alley.

Oh hello there, it’s me. Ok, is this weird? Me linking you to other photographers? Here’s the thing, we all bring something a little different to the table, and finding the best fit for your Mammoth Lakes wedding is the best thing for everybody!
Desert Paintbrush I met Jaymie while shooting at Yosemite. She approached me and said, “Hey, I thought you might want some BTS for your socials.” And I thought that was the nicest thing ever.
Narrative Range I’ve never met Mandy but have long appreciated her work from afar.
Minaret Photo, Brandon. Brandon is your guy if you’re looking for a super adventurous, big mountain views.
Love & Latitudes, Diana. I met Diana when I was helping a couple find a photographer for a date I was unavailable. Diana quickly stepped in with so much welcoming energy. I’ll forever recommend her.
